Bangladesh garments workers live place -Eid ul Azha

Apparel factory workers are barred from leaving their workplace like the government employees during the Eid-ul-Azha holidays, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said. The workers would spend three-day vacation during the Eid holidays in keeping with the government holidays, he added. Kamal announced the decision after a meeting over the wages, festival allowances and holidays of these workers at the Secretariat on Thursday. “This vacation will not be extended,” he added.
